Returns & Refunds — Full Golf Cart Purchases
Because a golf cart is a titled vehicle rather than a standard retail item, our return and refund process for full cart purchases works differently from parts and accessories.
Pre-Delivery Inspection
Before your cart leaves our lot or is delivered, we encourage a full walk-around and test drive. Once you accept delivery and sign off on the cart, it is considered a completed sale — this is your opportunity to confirm the cart meets your expectations before it becomes final.
Deposits & Order Cancellations
- A deposit may be required to reserve a specific cart or custom build.
- Deposits are refundable if the order is canceled before the cart enters production, customization, or preparation.
- Once a custom build has started (paint, lift kit, upholstery, or other modifications), deposits become non-refundable, as materials and labor have already been committed.
After Delivery
- Full golf cart purchases are final sale once delivery is accepted and paperwork is signed, except in cases covered under manufacturer warranty or dealership warranty.
- If a manufacturer defect is discovered after delivery, it is handled as a warranty claim, not a return — see Warranty Claims below.
- We do not accept full cart returns for buyer’s remorse, change of preference, or reasons unrelated to a defect.
Warranty Claims
If you experience a mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing issue after taking delivery:
- Contact our service team with your invoice number and a description of the issue.
- Our technicians will inspect the cart to determine if the issue is covered under manufacturer or dealership warranty.
- Covered repairs will be completed at no cost to you, per the terms of your specific warranty.
- Non-covered issues will be quoted for repair before any work begins.
Trade-In & Custom Order Cancellations
- If you cancel a custom order after production has started, you may be responsible for costs already incurred (parts, labor, materials).
- Trade-in vehicles are evaluated and valued at the time of your transaction; trade-in value is not refundable or reversible once the sale is finalized.
